Melissa's Make-up Tips and Tricks
Use a yellow-based powder to hide redness
Wet the camouflage brush and dip it into the mineral base forming a creamy paste. Brush onto any imperfections. Allow to dry, then cover with a layer of base powder to smooth and even out the coverage.
For really dark spots or heavy acne, use the camouflage cream. Take the camouflage brush and apply a small amount of cream to the area. Allow to dry, then cover with a layer of the base powder to smooth out.
Wet the lipliner brush and dip into your blush powder. Line and fill in your lips with the blush, and finish off with a sheer gloss or lipstick. This tip is a great way to have long-lasting lipstick. Remember, all these products are minerals, so they can be used anywhere. You can use your blush on your eyes, you can use your eyeshadow on your cheeks, etc. You are only limited to your own imagination!
I like to take a tube of Chapstick® and dip it into my favorite blush (cocoa) and then smooth it on my lips as a lipstick color.
Also remember, the lip pencils and eye pencils are interchangeable.
I also use my powder base on my eyelids as a base for my eyeshadows.
Wet the eyeliner brush, and dip it into any eyeshadow, then line your eyes with it. It will not smudge or budge all day.
Use a darker base as a bronzer or for contour
For a creamy flawless finish, mix a little powder base into your moisturizer and use it as a cream foundation.
Use the heavy water spray to instantly set your makeup.
Make sure that you allow your moisturizer to absorb completely before you use your powder base.
